Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Standard Cancellation: More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the total booking value (minus a 5% processing fee). 14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking value. Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund. No-Show / Early Departure: No refunds will be given for no-shows or guests departing earlier than the scheduled check-out date.

House Rules

General Conduct Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the local village (Banjar) community. Loud parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the bedrooms and enclosed living areas. You may smoke in the garden or open-air areas; please use the ashtrays provided. Shoes: It is customary in Bali to remove shoes before entering the main indoor living areas and bedrooms. Environment & Safety Tap Water: The tap water in Bali is not potable. Please use the provided dispenser or bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth. Septic System: Our villa uses a septic tank system. Please do not flush sanitary pads, wipes, or excessive paper down the toilet. Use the bins provided. Insects & Wildlife: As we are in a tropical environment, you may encounter geckos (they eat mosquitoes and are good luck!), ants, or small insects. Please keep food sealed and clean up spills immediately to avoid attracting them. Air Conditioning: Please turn off the AC when leaving the bedroom or when windows are open to conserve energy. Cultural Respect Nyepi (Day of Silence): If your stay coincides with Nyepi (usually in March), you must remain within the villa grounds for 24 hours (6 AM to 6 AM). No lights must be visible from outside, and no noise is permitted. No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on this day. Staff Interaction: Our staff is here to help. Please treat them with respect. Violence or verbal abuse will result in immediate eviction.
